Ca' Noemi
|
Built between 1800 and 1900, Cà Noemi has been completely restored during 2007, after years of being subjected to the erosion of time and wear from the canals on which the houses in the Borgo di Malamocco area stand. Today it is the home of the family who welcomes the few guests lucky enough to stay in a historic Venetian borgo.
Cà Noemi’s quiet location, surrounded by fascinating Venetian calli is however, served by motorboats which arrive at the completely new wood and stone jetty in front of the house.
Like the construction itself, the rooms are totally new and enhanced with satellite television, safes, wi-fi connection and bathrooms. One bedroom offers special facilities for handicapped people including an equipped bathroom.
The family is welcoming and flexible regarding hours, offering keys to guests who like coming back late at night.
An exquisite breakfast is served every morning. The family will be delighted to help new guests by fetching them if they have difficulty due to bad weather or any other matters.
Bicycles are supplied if any guest wishes to visit the wonders of the Lido in this way.

Instructions on how to reach the property
|
Coming either from Piazzale Roma or from the station: by ferry boat linea 1, 51 or 61 by bus linea B-C to Malamocco.
By car: a ferry will take you to the Lido of Venice in about 50 minutes from Tronchetto. Once you get there, head for Malamocco. Our Bed and Breakfast is 5 minutes from here.
You can park your car in the parking space in front of the house.
