Our charming Villa is located in the island of Lido, which since the Belle Epoque has been one of the trendiest resorts in Italy.
Beautiful beaches, characteristic canals, elegant villas, breathtaking sceneries and Nature Reserves (Alberoni) make this island an oasis of peace and tranquillity at only few minutes form the crowded historic centre of Venice.
We chose to refurbish our Villa with the ultra-modern principles of Architecture and Engineering to be able to offer our guests high quality, environmentally friendly and safe accommodation.
All the building materials used are strictly non-toxic: cork, slaked lime, naturally polished ‘travertino' marbles and oil-polished wooden floors.
The beds in our guest rooms are positioned in the rigth energy position, the special lighting creates a warm, relaxing feeling. All rooms are fitted with devices for circuit breaking, which offer protection from electromagnetic fields, therefore ensuring a restful, pollution-free environment.
Last but not least, our rich breakfast buffet offers a vast selection of scrumptious yet healthy, organic products.

Instructions on how to reach the property
|
Railway Station
If you arrive by train, your starting point is the S. Lucia railway station. The "vaporetto" stop is just outside it. Take the no.1 vaporetto - it takes you on a ride through the Grand Canal lasting about a 55 minutes. The no. 51 is a more direct to route to the Lido.
The cost is about Euro 6.00 one way. To save money, we suggest you get a 3-day (72-hour, cost Euro 33.00) pass or a one-day (24-hour) pass (Euro 18.00); this give you unlimited rides on the boats and buses.
Autoroute
If you'll arrive by car, take the ferryboat direct to the Lido. It leaves every 50 minutes from the Tronchetto area and you reach Lido in 30 minutes.

If you fly into Venice, you can get "Alilaguna" boat leaving every hour (Euro 9,81 per person).
We are at only 200 mt from the boat station to/from San Marco Square.
We remind you that there is a regular boat service to St. Mark's Square every 5 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes at night.
